Hi, I'm Jordy - Welcome!!

I am extremely dedicated to my goods. My homemade approach to my baking is to use the best ingredients from the purest sources. As a child, I always had my hand in the mixing bowl, trying to perfect my chocolate chip cookie to the best of my ability. Collecting old recipes from my great aunt made me who I am today. Working night shifts and crazy hours for a very well known cookie company in Toronto brought me to believe that hard work and a steady mixing palette would bring my creations to life.

I have been in the baking and catering industry for over 32 years, freelancing for many boutique cafes in the Los Angeles area as well as Toronto. The rigorous assignments that I have undertaken have helped me develop a strong knowledge of baking with a keen understanding of the business.

My passion and taste for the sweet love of baking is a real obsession.
